Look Better- Feel Better Delta Labs Giveaway

Deciding to make a healthy lifestyle change for the New Year takes courage. It’s also important to be realistic with the lifestyle changes you make. You need to make sure the changes you do make to your lifestyle are things you can really see yourself doing long term.

You can make  many small changes that lead to very big results. And any change you make, no matter how small, is terrific.

Some of the changes I plan on making is to lose the extra 30 pounds I have gained this year. another is to take better care of my nails, hair and skin. Summer of 2011 I was looking great. A mere year in a half ago I had a rocking body my hair long soft silky and my nails always well polished. I started gaining weight and as the weight came on, I was giving up. I no longer went for my manicures, I stopped wasting extra time on my hair. It was a downward spiral. 2013 Is the year I am getting back.

I am not afraid to admit its going to be a tough road ahead or that I am going to need help. My help begins at Delta Labs door.

About DeltaLabs:
Delta Labs,  are committed to helping women lead healthier, more invigorating and fulfilling lifestyles. By partnering with some of the nation’s leading scientific minds, nutritionists and world renowned physicians, we’ve developed a complete line of all natural health and wellness formulas to help you achieve your goals.

I recently started using Delta Lab supplements.
The first product I used is the Hair, Skin and Nails
I am on week two of this regimen and I have DEFINITELY noticed my nails are stronger. My hair does appear healthier. The shine is starting to come back and I am so happy with this product. Hair Nails and Skin has 28 vitamins, minerals, herbs, antioxidants and bionutrients all working to beautify me from the inside  , out.

The other product I just began using is the Green Tea + Herbal Metabolites for weight loss and energy. Let me begin by stating my body does not do well with any kind of diet pill. Energy drinks and even Excederin will cause me to shake. I was a little hesitant to try this product because of this but knew I needed all the extra help I could get. Green Tea+ contains green tea and acai berry. Two known, tested energy boosters. I did not feel jittery at all while taking the capsules. I did notice I wasn't starving and it helped curve my appetite. The first week I lost 6 pounds eating a 1200 calorie diet and using the supplement. (I always lose 3-5 pounds whenever I begin my diet, so was very happy to see a 6 pound weight loss)

Delta Labs products are helping me get back to me. I got lost in 2012 and this is the year I will feel pretty again.

Aside from the physical benefits I have seen using these products, I was very excited to hear Delta Labs is green. They have a Zero Carbon Footprint Program.

Every order placed will come with a pre-paid postage sticker with their return address printed on it. Peel off the sticker, apply it to your empty bottle, and drop it in the mail! Once they recieve it , you'll receive $5.00 off your next order at Delta Labs.
