I recently won a flat iron from Misikko. Misikko offers high quality professional salon styling tools. Such as the Best hair dryers and the Chi flat irons  I was so happy with the quality of Misikko I had contacted them and offered to do a review. The kind folks at Misikko sent me Hana Shineshield and Chi Silk Infusion.

I started with the Hana Shineshield. I have used BiosSilk in the past and found that Hana ShineShield has the same consistency. I used a very small ( a quarter-size) amount of Hana Shine Shield and massaged it into my towel dry hair. The first thing I noticed was how wonderful it smelled. It has a very clean scent which I love.


Hana ShineShield is a thermal serum that protects and strengthens your hair from the heat of hair dryers, flat irons and damage caused by daily exposures. We ALL need this! I have never been a huge fan of leave in conditioners as they weigh my hair down but I didn't find that with this product. The Hana Shine Shield leaves my hair soft, easy to manage, smelling good, and gives it a beautiful shiny sheen. Great Conditioning without that weighed down greasy feeling.






The other item I received is the CHI Silk Infusion. This is also developed for thermal styling and hair repair. It does not contain alcohol, so it will not dry your hair out (this is a must for me!) It is enriched with pure natural silk, wheat and soy proteins. There is no build up and it protects your hair against thermal styling . Chi Silk Infusion eliminated my frizzy hair and gave me smooth, shiny results
